my video files are not saved in my computer.how to apply this function in my computer

dear jvc i used the memory card to take both video files and snap shot, how ever when i connected the camera with the computer, i found that only the snap shots are saved and the video files are not saved your kind help please model number GR-D270AS my serial no is 09011608
