Replacement motherboard for qtek 9100 / MDA

I am looking for a replacement motherboard for my qtek 9100. It worked fine for about a year or so and then out of no where the unit just stopped working. Since I had no other warranty, it was opened and was discovered that the motherboard is damaged. Do you have one available? If so, at what cost?
