Clean Heads

JVC HRDVS2EK Recorder

My recorder keeps asking me to clean the heads, even after carrying out that order. Any idea why, and what can I do?

    I presume you have been using a cleaning cassette to clean the heads. This is good for preventive maintenance, but sometimes a hand cleaning is necessary. If you are not sure how to clean the heads by hand, find a technician who can do it.
