Convergence problems on AV-48WP30

We have a flat screen JVC Convergence problems on AV-48WP30 and are unable to get the red and green crosses to align and they looked warped causing problems on the screen in the top left and lower right corner. From what I have read this is an easy fix, can someone please let me know where I can purchase a new convergence board (including price) and how to fix this problem?
