I am getting error message 20-911 on Sony Betacam SP UVW-1800. I was seeing a lot of drop outs on my playback so I decide to clean the head. After cleaning the head I let it dry for 15 minutes. When I inserted the tape it would not play and I received an error message 02-554. Opened up the deck and manually ejected the tape. When I went back to insert another tape thats when the message error 20-911 appeared. If you know of the solution I'd really appreciate your replying.
