Take out the tape from a sony camcorder.

I tried your technique to get the tape out from a Sony DCR HC22E. Worked wonders. Thanks a lot. Bless you. However with it came out a small spring. I am a technical person in a school and the camcorder belongs to another dept. Do you know if I can get hold of the tech drawings to put the spring back or is it not a good idea ? Regards Nalin.
