Lock Code?

We woke up this morning to a blank screen. The kids were watching tv last the night before but (of course) deny knowing what happened. All we can figure is the channels are locked and we dont know the code. We dont have the remote anymore either but we use a (very limited) Universal Cable Box remote to turn it on and off and some limited features. Thank you for your help- Crystal
