I also have a 2003 G35 and have the same error code and can not eject my cd's or operate the cd player at all. Can someone help?

Was this error ever fixed. I just purchased a 2003 G35 and have the same issue.

i have a 2003 g35...error coder reads as "ERROR FO"??ANY help would be greatly appreciated. thanks...sarah
