Have bought three products to attempt to burn video on GZ-MG21U JVC Everio HDD Camcorder to video and none work.

I have had my camcorder since Sept. 06. We bougnt a burner that used firewall cable only, so that would not burn to DVD. We bought the JVC burner and it didn't work- the cable was also wrong and the dock was unavailable. We then purchased the new Sony Direct DVD burner and it does not recognize the camcorder. My computer only has a CD rom burner. Do I need to buy a new computer with a DVD burner? Will I need to buy software? Please help me. Jennifer
