The flash symbol and something saying E:91:01 keep flashing in the screen. No pictures can be taken, all settings can be changed but the ones related with the flash. Nothing works. What can I do?

I am desperate, I just started a trip and now I do not have a camera! It was sudden, never happened before, and I already did all the first aids I know....
