any solution to this problem?

hi i have the same problem i think that was the ic IX191CE i change it for a replace that its stk-73907 but the tic tic sound no change i replace a cap775 of 1000/16v of the line of 12v but nothing happen if you solutioned the problem please tell how do it? thanks
