camera won't opperate because it thinks there is condensation.

I have the GR-D60EK model. I have tried to locate the sensor and cleaned it. I have also as some suggested unscrewed the camera splitting it into two parts in an effort to reset it. Didn't work either. What is wrong with the darn thing? Could anyone offer another suggestion? Thanks
