transistor 7N60B

Hi, I have the following problem. My tv is NEO TV-2162 TFX and it started showing such a defect: after an hour lusing picture and sound, but If I give it a short rest everithing is all right for a half an hour. I am a laik but my suspition fell to the power transistor 7N60B. Is it possible because of temperature encreasing that transistor to go out of order just partly and to "return" after cooling it? I will be very grateful if somebody could give me some clue to follow.
