how to repair the c:13:01 error??

i bought a new sony dsc w35 camera very recently and a sony memory stick pro duo 1 GB .i clicked almost 300 pictures and now at the end i got this c:13:01 format error.i am afraid i'll lose those pics.i need them badly.what do i do now?someone help me please.
