Homestain appears on copies and copies too darkly We have to put it on the lightest copy possible, and then we get a "stain" across the top portion of the copy - any idea what needs cleaned and how to clean it?

you need to remove the glass and clean the mirrors all three ,there is one under the black plate also under the glass. |
