does the AV-32850 have Picture in Picture capability?

i am working on a customers TV, he has the AV-32850 and insists the TV has PIP. i could not get it to work. any hints?

Just noticed my Model is aV-32850 not aW-32850. Hope this helps

The one in my living room does NOT. If it helps it manf. date says April 1997.
