Can anyone tell me how to use the NTSE/PAL settings with this JVS model.

I bought this camcorder in Singapore 5 yrs back and then moved to US. I am unable to use this camcorder in US tv's. It's probably due to the NTSE/PAL settings. Please help me with changing the settings so that I can use the camcorder in US.
