my mother has a jvc television and doesn't have the manual. the tv says i-art in the top right corner and on the bottom half of the screen, a black box will appear for no reason. when you push another button ie: volume, channel change or any other it will disappear for about three seconds and then reappear. would you happen to no how to get rid of this. thanks for your help.
