Where to order Jumper for 12 disc CD changer Fujitsu Ten AC410AL.

Hi, I got a 10 disc CD changer from my friend but he forgot to give me the cables going to the head unit, where can I order the jumper? the model of the 12 disc CD changer is Fujitsu Ten AC410AL. Thanks guys and hope for your reply.
