Hi Thanks Bill - Ive been trying to fix my (gr-d20ek) E04 message for the last few days. I noticed that the head was tight - gave it a push with a screwdriver and hey presto - it works fine. Thanks again I was about to give up. I have got 2 gr-dvl57e s which have both given up - no power at all. Any ideas on that one. Thanks Shane
