HomeHELP PLEASE!!! When we record, the image on the LCD monitor is a jumbler of light colors. We don't know what has happened with our camcorder, it's only 3 years old. It records, but the image on the LCD monitor only displays a bunch of light colors, you can't make out the images you're trying to record, and upon playback you see exactly those same scrambled images. Our son's birthday is coming up and we'd really like to get this issue resolved.

The symptoms given are that of the lens cap problem, reply by clicking on my RED link (and nothing else!) and I will send you full info on the problem, this including how to rectify the situation at no cost to yourself provided you are the original purchaser of the camcorder, and have documentary proof of such. Info cannot be pasted into reply boxes for technical reasons. |
