Sony tv with red tint

My 32" trinitron which is maybe 5 years old seems to a have a slight red tint to the picture. White's just don't seem white. I've tried all of the menu options to resolve the problem. Is there any hope of clearing this up or is it turing into a 160lb paperweight?
