The cable costs $10.99 (USD) each and can be shipped using UPS (about $50 USD - very expensive) or via conventional mail - but you risk getting a damaged cable if you use the latter means. If you write them, you must write as if you run an electronics repair store since they do not sell to consumers. I recently purchased three of these cables, and will be willing to sell one for about $20 USD (my cost for the three was $10.99*3 + $50)if anyone wants one.
