yesterday videocamera was working fine, now it looks like it's only showing 256 colours type of thing.

So I have the japanese model and I don't understand Japanese so I can't explore the menu, I tried "pushing a bunch of buttons" but nothing happened. Everything works fine but it just looks (in the viewfinder and RCA out) like it went from "millions of colours" to "256 colours" Any step by step help!??!
