HomeSony PVW-2800 Error Code 90 What is the error code 90 on a Sony PVW-2800? It will not take a tape, and the head spins even though there is no tape in the machine.

Error 90 is a "keyboard interface error." Look for a loose connector or broken cable to the front keyboard. I have also seen cracked circuit boards in the front keyboard cause this. |
