I need help with the Sony Mavica MVC FD-200

I have read the messages on the slapping remedy and am wondering if it will work on my camera? Sometimes it gives the C:13:01 message, I try to format in the camera and then it gives the C:32:01 error. The camera works fine with a memory stick but I also want to use the floppy disk. I hope someone can help!!
