I have a Sony DCR-HC21. The power will not go on and I cannot eject my tape. I was filming when the power suddenly turned off and will not go back on with battery or being plugged in. I tried powering off and removing the battery as was suggested and worked for others, but nothing happened. I need to get my tape safely out of the camcorder before I send it in to be fixed. What can I do? As I was writing this I shook the camera a bit and I hear a slight rattling sound like something may be loose inside???? Any ideas??? Thanks.
