have the 3003 model installed, but it needs maintenance

have the 3003 model installed, but it needs maintenance. Do you have any suggestions? can it be sent somewhere for repair? Can it be replaced with a newer model? specifically the door chimes work and the clock works. I can get stations but there is a hum and also static with breakup of signal. Noise athe the front door
