Cause: 5.6 volt supply wouldn't come up on PIC02 pin 3. Cure: Replaced PIC02 L4959 (1203-001653)

Where did you get the I.C. I found it at(Vance-Balwin)but they want $72 for it & making the unit unafforable to Repair. |
