I got JVC TV D-series (21inch). It was working fine for the last 3 years but now it shows some problem by making sparking and irritating noise when i turned on.

I got JVC TV D-series (21inch). It was working fine for the last 3 years but now it shows some problem by making sparking and irritating noise, a kind of shooting, when i turned on. Infact the picture is fine after a while but difficult to tolorate the noise fearing it can be damaged seriously hence i kept it shut down. Can any one help me to solve the prob with good guidelines?
