How to make the tape go inside

Hi my jvc handicam's tape has stuck outside and wont go in.The mechanism isn't working anymore. even if i take out the battery and put it again.Please give me a solution. i think i put the tape in opposite direction and when i put it in the correct way and tried to change the tape it stuck.Please reply me soon.
