Problem in download song to mp4 player

Hi guys I bought new sony mp4 player 2gb... whenever i download songs to player...... it playback only 40 songs after that it exit the player..... pls can any one tell me the solution for this problem or send me the tool to download songs to player... reply to above mail..... Pls reply soon...
