DSCP200 lens problem

My sony dscp200 got 2 problems 1) lens got stuck couldnt come out 2) when i tried to corrct problem 1 i cracked the lcd :-) .... pls send me email on repairing both problems if its expensive i might want to get only the lens fixed since all the features work fine
