I have not tried the head cleaner yet. I live in a small town and have not been able to find a head cleaner locally. I have to buy one online. However, before i buy one i also was wondering if this would affect playback with old tapes or would this affect my playback? Because I am able to use the play mode and view previously recorded tapes without any problem. Thanks!
