I have a 2003 G35 and the CD player displays a ERR F0 error when I try to play a cd, any advice on how to reset this error? Thanks Oscar

Did you have any luck with your CD changer. My 2003 G35 is getting the same error and getting some clicking noise like it is trying to eject. Thanks!
