Hi, I was wondering if you would be able to help with my JVC GR D50EK. The tape holder refuses to open even when connected to mains via the ac adapter and the battery is charged. It was working fully a few days ago but now does not even turn on. When the ac adapter is turned on, the camera starts clicking for about 10 seconds and then there is no noise, picture but the red indication light stays on. Please advise!
