Home | Previous messageI have a JVC GR-SXM740 and when i playback video by using the camera's video screen or through the viewfinder, i get a bad picture, i.e. (tracking problems) like it needs to be cleaned but i've cleaned it several times & used the tracking adjuster but it does not help. The tape is new and works when i use the adapter in the VCR. I think something is broken with the camera. HELP! Thanks, Paul

When you mention that you have cleaned it a few times its really a case of have you used the correct procedure? as it can be quite critical and with the possibility of permanently damaging the heads if its not done correctly. However instructions on the correct way of doing this can only be sent to a DIRECT e-mail address, as it contains a JPEG for back up which CANNOT be sent via a reply box.
