New Sony ultranotebook with Vista business OS

I purchased Sony TXN25N/B and Vista business failed to boot as well as when it booted, came on very slowly, and plus it didn't support many application, sticky keyboard.

I contact technical support. They wasted my time, I spent three consecutive called with over one hour and a half. To finally speak with Mr. KoiChi, suppose to be the manager. He told me nothing he can do and hung up the phone. Is this Sony customer support? I bought two sony computer less than two month old? I hope someone will join me on this to file a law suit again Sony. I asked for the phone number of the corporate office, he gave me the fax number???
