I purchased Sony TXN25N/B and Vista business failed to boot as well as when it booted, came on very slowly, and plus it didn't support many application, sticky keyboard.

He told me nothing he can do and hung up the phone. Is this Sony customer support? I bought two sony computer less than two month old?
