Homemachine will not do anything. I had the large tape jamed in my Bata SP mashine. It is a sony UVW-1200. I got the tape out, but the machine will not do anything now. The error code is Error 02-784. Clay

Clay, I've worked on several of those machines but I don't recognize that error code. Could it be "01-874" instead? That would be more logical and would indicate the the supply reel is not turning; at least the machine doesn't see the FG signal from the reel table.
