Hi, I had given my JVC TV model no: AV-29WX3; Sl. No: 13780225 29" for repair in Goa at a JVC-Onida Service Centre. The complaint written was as follows: As TV is switched On the screen turns white and goes on standy by after 10 seconds where its directly switched off. When I went to collect the bill, I was supprised as the Service Charges was Rs.1000/- and component charges Rs.245/- I would like to know the Service Charges from the company because as per the technician said they have charged me Service Charges of Rs.1000/- mentioned by the company of Adonis.
