I need someone helps me with fixing my system because there is a problem with finding a right part in my country.

Dear Sir/Mam: I'm from Mashhad in Iran.I've bought a SAHT70 system but one of its ICs is damaged(ICZ31H/part no.CODBAJG00002).Now I can't find this part anywhere.Can you please help me with finding it or atleast changing its electronic board with a convenient one?And please advice me if there is a market in Asia(Dubi,China,Japan,.....)which can help me with it.The problem of system is that it turns on but the mechanical part and changer don't work at all meanmhile the timer is working.May you reply urgently?
