TV Manual Buttons & New Remote Control fail to Operate.

I purchase a Onida Marvall 20" on 12-07-07. But in that Channel Buttons are not press manually, when i purchase a TV from Dealer he told me we are send our engg. to your home for DEMO. therefore you can easly access alone. But now a days no one engg. came to our house. One more New Remote control is not working. it is not operate . I want to know can i get a support for above from your side in Warrantee Period. Can You solve my Remote problem also. Pls. let me know. B'cse i launch a complaint to Dealer in Kalyan city (India Radio House) West. 3 days before today. No one engg. contact me. although i give to them My contact no. also. 9820945499. I anticipate your early reply.
