Kp53hs10 blinking standby

I also have the same problems as others the standby/timer light blinks all the time. plz send me the manuel thanks, the g-board has been replaced now tech said it's the d'board now...no available parts has to be refurbished is there ne thing else that can cause this. the tv malfunctioned when i tried to turn it on.
