find parts or boards to fix

I am trying to find out what boards are responsable or used for this function. I need to know what boards whould cause it to get stuck in this menu the butens dont respond at all. just want to fix camra for cheep I have a serves manule and can do all that stuff just dont know which boards I need to replacs to be able to set the clock and get out of that screen. any help appresated thanks
