The customers have no choice but to take their service because of monopoly My Imate Jamin had a speaker problem and referred to the service centre at Mumbai (Bombay), India. The item was in warranty period. The service technician took the instrument inside the workshop. After some time he came back and informed that the warranty seal is broken.
