AG-DVC15 does not work with DC power

Hello there, I have a panasonic AG-DVC15 which I had for a few years and has worked like a charm!. Today I was starting a new shoot and all of a sudden the camera would not work with the DC power and only works with the AC power adapter. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Please note that I have fully charged the batteries (all five of them) and none of them work?
