i suggest replacing the entire convergence board... the part # is SSB 5068A. There's a substitute part SSB-5068A-R which also works. this should replace all bad resistors/bad IC's. Part will run you about $140...but require no solder/desoldering and is just plug and play. We had the exact same issue w/ red convergence, the part came in today, i plugged it in...and works
