Can nobody help me?

I am looking for a IC that went up in smoke inside my in laws JVC AV- 48 Pro and looks to me that this particular IC can not be found.If anyone can maby help me find the IC No.TMP87CS38N-3489.Please cause early bird said that they can not find the part and I hope their is someone smart enough to maby help me find the IC. Thanks.
