Faulty tape opening mechanism

I have a JVC MiniDv DR-73 which is still new and have used it for some time now about three months. Last week, I used it at the beach but later, it couldnt work. It was making alot of noise, couldnt detect the remote and no button was working. I tried to fix it by opening and cleaning using isopropyl and all the functions are working but the tape cant come out and makes a lot of scratchy sound when you open it. I will appreciate your help.
