the flash unit in these are a board type and it all would have to be replaced you would have to buy a junk parts camera and there hard to find you could look for a p31 as the same flash will work i try and keep all my spare parts as i have 8 of these p41's now that i build with now email me and i might be able to walk you threw the setting's just to check to make sure its not just settings
